(a)  On or about February 1, 2023, employees working on Bandsaw One (Model 64" & Serial No. 060706-642M) were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. The energized wires were not properly guarded, in-that the energized wires were only guarded with wire nuts and the insulation had pulled away from the live wires.  (b)  On or about February 1, 2023, employees working on Bandsaw Two (Model 64" & Serial No. 060806-642M) were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. The energized wires were not properly guarded, in-that the energized wires had the insulation pulled away from the live wires.
