29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  a) At the worksite within the Production Area, employees were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards when operating the staging conveyor without the chain and sprocket being enclosed.  The Computerized Millwork Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1524940, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10980 Stancliff Rd, HOUSTON, TX 77099.
