29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a. 378-380 Millburn Ave., Millburn, NJ The employer did not ensure that sub-contractor employees engaged in concrete masonry activities were protected from falls while working from bracket scaffolds erected on the forms for the stair and elevator shafts. Employees worked from the scaffolds and were not protected from falls by use of guardrails, netting, personal fall arrest systems, or any other means of fall protection. Violation observed on or about February 1, 2023
