29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: a) New single-family residential construction located at 11 Wallula Way (Lot # 2334 Twin Lakes Subdivision) Hoschton, GA 30548, Second floor: On or about 02/01/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet to the floor below, in that the employer did not ensure that each job made scaffold walkway was at least 18 inches in width, while employees were engaged in framing activities.
