29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:   a) Ladder on the back of residential home:  Employee was carrying two roofing scrapers on his left shoulder while climbing down the ladder. The employee could lose his balance  and fall 25 feet to the ground level, on or about 1/30/23.

The  A1 Solutions LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525650, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/21, with respect to a workplace located at 854-856 JFK Blvd Bayonne NJ 07002.
