29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  a- 200 Tuckerton Road, Medford NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 18 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a commercial structure's pitched roof while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means.  Condition observed on or about 02/02/23.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:   a- Lot 43, 1 Caroline Drive, Medford NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below, when accessing and egressing an upper landing surface of a pitched porch roof from an unsecured portable aluminum extension ladder whose side rails did not extend three feet above the landing surface of the roof.  Condition observed on or about 10/31/2020.
