29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket while working from an aerial lift: a. On a temporary job site located at 11141 Beach Blvd, (Bowl America), Jacksonville, Florida 32246; On or about February 1, 2023, the employer exposed two employees to fall hazards, in that body belts and lanyards were not utilized by the employees while removing and installing a new sign. The employees were exposed fall hazards ranging up to 25 feet high.
