29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks were driven up to employees standing in front of benches or other fixed objects: Facility Parking Lot: On or about February 1, 2023, the forklift operator was traveling in a forward direction with a load when he struck a subcontractor who was caught in between his work truck and the load of the forklift. On or about February 1, 2023, a subcontract employee was crushed in between the moving forklift and the tailgate of his parked company truck, sustaining multiple fractures to his pelvic bone.

On or about February 1, 2023, a subcontract employee was crushed in between the moving forklift and the tailgate of his parked company truck, sustaining multiple fractures to his pelvic bone.
