29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) Facility - On or about February 2, 2023, a fire exit door was observed without signage to indicate it was an emergency exit in accordance with this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): An establishment that had more than 20 and fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year and the establishment is classified in an industry located in Appendix A, shall electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section: a) Facility: On or about June 30, 2023, the employer failed to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A for calendar year 2022 by March 2, 2023 as required by this section. No abatement certification or documentation required.
