29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) All-Met Recycling, located at 2250 Adams Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124: On or about February 2, 2023, the employer did not ensure that flexible cords and cables were connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided. A flexible cord inside the baler operating booth was connected to an outside location without any means of strain relief, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
