Employees regularly use air guns to clean off wooden frames before staining operations in the framing area. This condition exposes employees to embolisms, hearing damage, and eye and body injuries from flying debris.

This condition exposed employees to shock and tripping hazards associated with blocked panels. (b)Midwest Legacy Company, LLC at 105 East Highpointe Street, Suite 3 & 4, Tea, SD 57064: On or about and at times prior to February 1, 2023, the employer did not ensure that items were removed from the front of an electrical panel on the production floor. This condition exposed employees to shock and tripping hazards associated with blocked panels.
