NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

Location: Ambient Case Pick ( Profoods) a) An extension cord was running through a hole in a metal cabinet and and under a stairwell. The extension cord was not protected from accidental damage; on or about 2/2/23. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
