29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:   a) Ladder on the back of residential home:  Employees were carrying roofing scrapers  while climbing down the ladder. The employees could lose his balance  and fall 25 feet to the ground level, on or about 1/30/23.
