The employer did not develop, document, and utilize energy control procedures for employees cleaning the area below and around the elevated stacker. Anthony Timberlands was previously cited for a violation of and equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1460284, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 111 S Plum St, Bearden, AR 71720.
