29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic control signs or protected by traffic control devices at points of hazards: a) 112 North Three Notch Street, Troy, AL: On or about January 31, 2023, employees working from an aerial lift with portions of the lift overhanging and intruding into a public road did not use a traffic control zone with traffic control signs and/or traffic control devices such as, but not limited to, cones, drums, tubular markers, vertical panels, barricades, direction indicator barricades to regulate, warn, or guide road users, therefore exposing the employee to a struck-by and fall hazards.
