29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) Worksite - Harvard Avenue Side: On or about 1/31/2023, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while working from a Koke man basket, approximately 19 feet above the ground floor, lifted by a Cat TH83 telehandler, without adequate fall protection.
