29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.  On or about January 9, 2023, at a work-site located next to 2696 Redberry, Louisville Ohio 44641; during the installation of roofing material, the employer did not ensure employees working on the ground were protected from possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, falling debris from working surfaces of heights approximately 8.8 feet.
