Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals shall be changed accordingly. On or about February 7, 2023, Inventory Sales Co. utilized powered industrial truck order pickers with an addition or attachment that affected capacity and safe operation without manufacturer's prior written approval. Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals were not changed accordingly.
