29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) At 9542 Crescent Lodge Dr, Pike Rd, AL: On or about February 6, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees working on scaffold approximately 14 feet and 3 inches to ground below were protected from falling. The Calixtro Masonry Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451 (g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1310109, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on April 19, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5130 Lower James St, Montgomery, AL 36117.
