At the jobsite, located at 301 Channelside Dr Tampa, FL 33602; on or about 2/6/23, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that an aluminum extension ladder was utilized and provided for employees while performing overhead light replacement operations within a commercial parking garage.

At the jobsite, located at 301 Channelside Dr Tampa, FL 33602; on or about 2/6/23, employees performing overhead light changing activities were exposed to electrical shock, in that training in ladder safety for electrical hazards was not provided.
