29 CFR 1910.101(b): Compressed gas cylinders were not stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, as adopted by 29 CFR 1910.101(b): (a) On and before 2/7/23, the employer did not ensure that all compressed gas cylinders were properly stored to where they would be secured from sustaining damage, in that one propane cylinder and one unmarked compressed gas cylinder were standing upright unsecured near the door to the overstock yard. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On and before 2/7/23, the employer did not ensure that the Reel-O-Matic material handling equipment model HSS 753, serial # 2-0050-E14, capacity 150 was effectively guarded to protect employees from rotating and other moving parts of the machine while it was in operation. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
