Employees were cutting metal roof panels on a flat section of the first level roof.  A roofer was installing the panels on upper sections of the roof, which was sloped. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.  Irok, LLC, dba Jenesis Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240209, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/22/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 9701 Dahlia Lane, Thornton, CO 80229.
