Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals shall be changed accordingly: a) Front of yard area; On or about February 7, 2023 and times prior the employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to operate powered industrial trucks with an attachment that had not been approved for use by the manufacturer of the powered industrial truck.
