29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a)	Paint shop area:  On or about February 7, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to loss of vision and skin burns and rashes, in that there is not an emergency eyewash in the work area for immediate emergency use when employee are using cleaning product that are corrosive such as Comet Cleaner with Bleach.    b)	Body shop area:  On or about February 7, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to loss of vision and skin burns and rashes, in that there is not an emergency eyewash in the work area for immediate emergency use when employees handle batteries that contain corrosive chemicals.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) Paint booth area:  On or about February 7, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards from a damaged and cracked 110-volt outlet that is used everyday by the painter and powers a radio and phone charger at his workstation.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) Paint mixing station computer area:  On or about February 7, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer allowed temporary wiring to be used as permanent wiring to provide power to a wall mounted fan in the paint mixing computer station area where employees perform work tasks.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.  a)Paint booth area:  On or about January 7, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer failed to ensure containers were labeled with identification of the hazard of the chemical  and identification of the contents of a hand sprayer that contained a flammable product called OneChoice, SX330 Acryli-Clean.  b)Paint booth area:  On or about January 7, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer failed to ensure a 55-gallon drum that contained a flammable product called Solvent based Paints, Thinner and Liquids was labeled with the hazards of the chemical.  c)Paint booth area:  On or about January 7, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer failed to ensure a 55-gallon drum that contained a flammable product of Wipes containing solvent was labeled with the hazards of the chemical.
