29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 3285 S Newcombe St., Lakewood, CO 80227: On or about February 7, 2023, and at times prior the employer did not ensure that employees installing trusses were protected by protective helmets. Employees were observed without protective helmets, guiding and installing roof trusses that were lifted by mobile crane.
