At the establishment located at 2400 Willow Drive, Plover, Wisconsin; in the Warehouse, the employer did not ensure that where the eyes of an employee may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were provided within the work area for immediate emergency use, exposing an employee to contact with corrosive chemical by absorption. On or about February 6, 2023, an employee was spraying wood pallets with a corrosive material (Chlor 125) without a means to flush the eyes within the work area for immediate emergency use.
