29 CFR 1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas: (a) Site located at 114 Valonia Way, St. Mary's, GA 31558: On or about February 6, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to impalement and cutting hazards in that scrap lumber with protruding nails were not kept clear from the work area around the house.
