29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) At 145 E. Memorial Drive Dahlonega, Georgia, on or about February 3, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while cutting trees, in that head protection was not provided to all employees working at ground level with overhead tree work being performed. Employees also worked within the swing radius of the excavator without head protection.
