29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: a. Maintenance Storage Area- Employees were not protected from electrical hazards when water was allowed to flow from an exterior conduit, through enclosures containing energized electrical equipment, into a bucket placed beneath the enclosures, and onto the floor.
