29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) At Brambell Grove Subdivision, Lot 150, 4655 Trefoil Path Cumming, GA 30040, on or about 02/06/2023 where workers were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not require the use of eye protection where equipment such as but not limited to circular saws and pneumatic nail guns were in use.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) At 4655 Trefoil Path, Lot 150, Brambell Grove Subdivision, Cumming, GA 30040: On or about 02/06/2023 workers performing framing operations on the second level were exposed to approximately 23-foot fall hazards to the lower level in that the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection.  b) At 4655 Trefoil Path, Lot 150, Brambell Grove Subdivision, Cumming, GA 30040: On or about 02/06/2023 workers performing framing operations on the first level were exposed to approximately 10-foot fall hazards to the lower level in that the employer did not install guard rails over the rear doorway equipped with no stairway.  c)  At 4655 Trefoil Path, Lot 150, Brambell Grove Subdivision, Cumming, GA 30040: On or about 02/06/2023 workers performing framing operations on the first level were exposed to approximately 9-foot fall hazards to the lower level in that the employer did install guard rails over the basement doorway equipped with no stairway.
