29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt or body harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not appropriately worn by employees working from an aerial lift: Worksite located at 2810 N. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall and/ or catapult hazard. Employees were observed using an aerial lift to get on and off the roof but were not provided with any means of fall protection including harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket of the lift.
