29 CFR  1915.73(d):When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, or similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1) and (2):   a)	 SSN 796: On or about 01/03/2023, the catwalks along the Vertical Payload Tubes were not guarded with adequate guardrails in that a middle rail was not provided thereby exposing employees to an 62in fall hazard to the lower level.   b)	SSN 796: On or about 01/03/2023, the hull opening near the Vertical Payload Tubes were not guarded with adequate guardrails in that the "U" guard installed was inadequate for a large opening exposing employees to an 84in fall hazard to the lower level.        Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
