On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, at 1330 W 19th Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32209: On or about February 7, 2023, the employer exposed two employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employees while using saws to cut sheets of plywood.
