29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Flour Department, Line 8 - On or about January 20, 2023, and at time prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to enclose the sprocket wheels and chains of GHD George Hartmann Tortilla Automatic Bagging machine (Serial # BS158, Model # OBS3412-01) while employees were working with the bagging machine.
