29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) New residential construction located on Lot #134 at 149 Montgomery Dr., Stockbridge, GA 30281. Front side of the structure: On or about 01/26/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet, 9-inches to the lower level, in that a fully planked work platform on scaffold system was not provided to employees engaged in masonry activities.
