29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Tube Bending Area: On, or about, February 3, 2023, an employee suffered a finger amputation while attempting to reposition a part in the Eaton Leonard CNC controlled tube bending machine. The bending area was not provided with safeguarding during automatic mode.
