29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1) The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators. a) Re-roofing single-family residential structure located at 4130 Cam Valley Point, Cumming, GA 30028, Ground level: On or about 02/06/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a TranzSporter TP250 , in that the manufactured installed wire rope was replaced by a nylon climbing rope, in which directly contradicts the manufactures recommendations for a replacement cable.
