29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. 1). Located in the employee break room, one relocatable power tap (RPT) was not being used in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling. A high amperage piece of equipment (microwave) was plugged into an RPT. 2). The microwave, a Goldstar MA-7000BCT, serial number 008KM02806, had a broken door cover. The owner's manual states not to operate the oven if it is damaged or has been dropped. Employees are exposed to an electric shock hazard that could result in smoke inhalation or burns.
