29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 200 Longstone Drive, Cherry Hill, NJ: Employees of Brandywine Exteriors, while working under the direct supervision of Mark Capone were exposed to fall hazards up to and more than 9 feet to the ground surface below when placing and installing new siding material while walking on and working on a roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 02/09/2023. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
