29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks:  a) At the facility, 1239 Campville Road, Endicott,  NY  13760, Model shop: Employees including but not limited to model shop operators were using a Monarch Lathe to sharpen tooling without a guard to protect against the rotating chuck, on or about 1/8/2023.

The grinder was not equipped with safety guard that covered the grinding wheel, on or about 1/25/2023.
