Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) On the roof of a residential construction site, located at 5066 Capri Harbor Dr., Wimauma, FL: On or about 02/09/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work on an approximate 4:12 pitch roof.
