29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a)  In the Children's Section : On or about February 9, 2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit and exit access were obstructed by a wooden display rack, restricting employee movement thru the exit access and preventing prompt access to the exit.  b) In the Fitting Room Isles: On or about February 9, 2023 , employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazard, in that the emergency exit and exit access were obstructed by metal clothing racks, wooden shelf displays, a canvas storage cart, in addition to other miscellaneous stored items, restricting employee movement thru the exit access and preventing prompt access to the exit.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a)  In the Stock Room : On or about February 9, 2023, The electrical panels on the south wall were not kept free and clear of obstructions from wooden and metal shelf displays within a three feet radius of all panels.  b)  In the Stock Room : On or about February 9, 2023, The electrical panels on the south wall were not kept free and clear of obstructions from a metal shopping cart and canvas laundry cart containing damaged merchandise within a three feet radius of all panels.
