29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) In the Children's Section : On or about February 9, 2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit and exit access were obstructed by a wooden display rack, restricting employee movement thru the exit access and preventing prompt access to the exit. b) In the Fitting Room Isles: On or about February 9, 2023 , employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazard, in that the emergency exit and exit access were obstructed by metal clothing racks, wooden shelf displays, a canvas storage cart, in addition to other miscellaneous stored items, restricting employee movement thru the exit access and preventing prompt access to the exit.
