OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees due to unsafe work practices associated with tree removal work using a Bobcat S650 Skid Steer. a) Side yard of home: On or about February 10, 2023, an employee was exposed to fall hazards when he was raised up to access the roof of the home on the elevated grappler attachment of the Bobcat S650 Skid Steer which exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.
