Park Ave. Tinton Fall, NJ 07712: An employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to ground below. The employee was observed standing at the end of a pump jack scaffold without fall protection. Observed on 02/10/2023 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Park Ave. Tinton Fall, NJ 07712: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to ground below. The employee was observed on the roof in close proximity to the scaffold and not wearing fall protection. Observed on 02/10/2023 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
