29 CFR 1915.71(d)(6): Tubular bracing shall be applied both lengthwise and crosswise as required. On or about February 10, 2023, at the establishment located at 1600 Ely Street Marinette WI: employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than ten feet while working on Saflock System Scaffold which lacked bay braces that are required at each level between outer standards.
