29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Workers were exposed to fall hazards at a worksite at 301 Towne Center Drive in Belton, MO 64012. This was last demonstrated on or about August 22, 2022, when workers were engaged in farming activities. Workers framing and applying trusses to building #17 were exposed to fall hazards approximately 30 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below. No guard rails, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system were utilized to prevent falls.
