29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about February 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, on the southeast side of the sheet fabrication room, an extension cord wrapped around and zip tied to metal conduit and a steel beam was used as permanent wiring to energize an light fixture exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
