29 CFR  1926.850(a): Evidence in writing was not available that an engineering survey performed by a competent person had been performed prior to permitting employee(s) to start demolition operations:     a) At 144 Spires Lane, Gulf Place Caribbean, Santa Rosa Beach,  Florida; On or about November 19, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed subcontracted employees, engaged in demolition of multiple stairwells, to hazards associated with the collapse of the structure, in that the employer failed to ensure an engineering survey of the building conditions, including framing, floors, walls, and adjacent structures, was conducted by a competent person.
