On or about March 3, 2023, in the housekeeping area in the basement, the employer did not ensure housekeeping employees were provided with eye protection required by the cleaning chemicals safety data sheets while performing tasks such as filling spray bottles with cleaning chemicals from an Ecolab cleaning chemicals dispensing system.
