29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). At 4898 GA Hwy 315, Fortson, GA 31808 at the Mulberry Grove Apartments, building #12 on or about February 7, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not provided to employees while framing on the roof of building #12 from a height of over 18 feet.
